About Carmen Santacruz
My name is Carmen Santacruz, and I’ve proudly called Brooklyn home for over 30 years. I was born in Ecuador and moved to the United States at the age of 3. I earned my degree in Human Services from New York City College of Technology, which sparked my passion for helping others—a passion I now bring to my real estate career.
Before entering real estate, I spent over a decade in the social service field, working in daycare and later as a billing manager for early intervention and transportation programs. These roles taught me the importance of patience, organization, and truly listening to people’s needs—skills I now use to guide clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
As a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) agent, I’m proud to serve a diverse community and help ensure clear communication every step of the way.
I’m a proud mother of two amazing boys and two lovable dogs. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, and dancing to all types of music—it’s how I relax, recharge, and stay inspired.
Whether you’re buying your first home, selling your current one, or simply exploring your options, I’m here to provide honest, caring, and dedicated support to make your real estate journey a smooth and positive one.
