About Fenhu “Frank” Lin
I’m Frank Lin, a licensed real estate associate broker who focuses on serving home buyers and sellers in New York City. Buying or selling a home is a unique process that consists of numerous moving parts. It is complicated and often times can be stressful and in some cases, frustrating. That’s why I am dedicated to providing exceptional and personalized service to make the entire process smooth and less overwhelming. I strive to understand my client’s needs and then give them sound advice to shepherd them through the process. For homeowners, I can provide a free home market analysis and evaluation which will give you an accurate estimate of your home’s value in todays marketplace. I also can provide a custom tailored plan to help you achieve your goals along with tried and true strategies that will help you when you buy and/or sell a home. First and foremost I always protect my clients best interests.
As far as my background… I am a husband, a father and I live in Brooklyn. I am fluent in Mandarin. Back in 1991 I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering. I then followed with 8 years working as a construction inspector for a real estate development company in my hometown in Zhoushan City, China. In 1999 I moved to the United States, settled in Brooklyn and I have been here ever since. After over 2 decades of living in New York, I have gained an acute knowledge of the NYC real estate market. Over the years I have purchased and sold several properties to live in and invest which peaked my interest in real estate as a primary investment. Hence, I decided to get my license and start my career as a real estate agent and associate broker. I joined Pride Estate in 2018 and with hard work and a great team, I have helped dozens of sellers and buyers achieve their real estate goals successfully.
