About Rovshan Danilov
Rovshan Danilov is a Brooklynite ever since he emigrated from his native city Baku, Azerbaijan, in 1994.
Rovshan has over 10 years of experience in various aspects of the real estate industry.
Rovshan attended Hunter College and New York University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics and Master Degree in Real Estate Finance, respectively.
Rovshan’s passion for real estate led him to pursue a career in real estate finance for the Bank of New York Mellon, where he currently leads a global team of financial analysts building quantitative cash-flow models for Mortgage-Backed Securities backed by both, residential and commercial real estate properties in the US and European regions.
As a member of Mitchell Feldman and Danny Chung’s Team, Rovshan specializes in residential sales, pricing strategy, negotiations and active marketing serving all of Brooklyn.
Rovshan currently resides in his Marine Park home with his wife and two daughters. Outside of his passion for real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, swimming and cooking over an open fire.
